How do I become a Member?
      To become a member of the Wing Chun Association of the USA: Download and complete the application below (PDF), and mail in to the academy along with application fee (found on app). You can also send an e-mail request to the office and an application form will be sent to you as an attached Word document. All applications are reviewed by Sifu Fong and you will then be notified of your status.

What are the benefits of becoming a Member?
      The Wing Chun Association of the USA is organized and operated exclusively to develop, foster, advance and promote awareness and education of Wing Chun Gung Fu. Members will receive a special Wing Chun Training Log and a subscription to the Wing Chun Association USA Newsletter. In addition, members are eligible for special discounts offered by and/or through the Association.

Wing Chun Association Application

The Francis Fong Wing Chun Association of the U.S.A. (WCA) desires to promote the quality and standards of Wing Chun instruction for all students and instructors under the direction and guidance of Sifu Francis Fong.  The Instructor Training Program (ITP) is designed for those individuals who are unable to attend the Francis Fong Academy (FFA) and will receive their primary training under Sifu Fong through seminar instruction. The development of an Instructor Training Program and Instructor Association provides a structured path for individuals to gain the necessary skills and knowledge for instructor certification under Sifu Fong and to teach Wing Chun in accordance with the curriculum developed by Sifu Fong.

Subject to satisfactory completion of the ITP, students can receive an instructor certification under Sifu Fong.  Instructor certification is renewed on an annual basis subject to the discretion of Sifu Fong.  Certified instructors are authorized to teach and promote subject to the standards and guidelines established by the WC Association USA and Sifu Fong.
