Initial Consultation

To find out whether the Francis Fong Martial Arts Academy is right for you, call the Academy at (770) 416-7111.  One of our staff members will find a time that is convenient for you to come in for an initial consultation.  Contacting us by phone is always preferable to email.  Because our appointment schedule constantly changes, we are unable to book appointments and visits via email due to the time lag between messages and replies.

There are many things to take into consideration when choosing the martial arts academy that is right for you.  The first step is to visit the Academy in person, and observe a class to see how the instructors and students interact.  Do not get confused by black belt certifications, tournament wins or even martial art styles.  More importantly, your visit gives you the opportunity to experience the Academy's environment and atmosphere, so that you may consider whether you feel comfortable with the personnel and the facility.  While the Academy you finally select may not end up being the closest school to your home, the extra drive can make a world of difference in the outcome of your investment in yourself and/or your child. 

During your initial consultation, we will meet with you to evaluate your or your child's needs, as well as explain all of the programs to you in full detail.  In addition, we will answer any questions you may have about the Academy, staff, pricing, and programs.  The initial consultation also provides you with an opportunity to see our facility, observe a class, and meet some of the students and office staff.

It is necessary for all potential students to begin with our initial consultation.  

Introductory Program

If after our Initial Consultation you determine that the Francis Fong Academy seems right for you, your next step is participation in our Introductory Program.  The cost of our Introductory Program is $20, with no further obligation.  Consisting of one 25 minute session with an instructor, this short-term trial program provides you with the opportunity to sample the martial arts systems taught at our Academy.  This lesson introduces you to basic techniques used in our classes, and ensure a comfortable transition into our group classes.

Enrollment Options

After completing your Introductory Program, we will discuss the various programs available to you.  Tuition rates vary, as we offer a variety of programs to suit different training goals, schedules and budgets.
